 It has been close to 4 years now since I last saw Uncle Ben. He's not actually an uncle by the way, it's just a nickname that I gave him. Teehee.

So anyways, we recently got to talking again and after a few hit and misses, he finally made it over to my place for lunch and he brought fresh salmon to make barachirashi don.
