So, the other when we went to Meidiya, we got ourselves some gindara. It has been way too long since I last had some gindara, so I was really looking forward to it.
We were going to make miso gindara, but what we didn't realize was that you had to marinate it over 2-3 days. Oh wells, next time perhaps.
We ended up having teriyaki gindara, but hey, it was still good nonetheless.
