滷肉飯.
I'm totally in love with our pressure cooker.
It has been sitting in the cupboard for ages, but recently, after watching back to back episodes of Australian masterchef, we have been inspired to use it and what an amazing piece of equipment the pressure cooker is!
So today, we made lu rou fan or braised pork rice for the first time and to be honest, for a first attempt, it was pretty darn good!
I suddenly felt like I was in some eatery in Taiwan.
I kid you not. Teehee.
