London 2014 - Day 3.

Each time I go back to the UK, it's to spend time with my mother & Uncle Pat.

I didn't do much today, except for making a trip down to Loon fung - a Chinese supermarket. I had requested for vinegar pork trotters you see, so we needed to get some pork leg ! Once upon a time, we used to go every other weekend. I can't say that it changed much though !

So anyways, here's my favorite dinner !
