Chicken curry.
I used to be able to take spicy food. When I say spicy, like moderate kind of spicy, not like crazy spicy, if you know what I mean?
But now, I can't even handle the bottled chili sauces. I actually find those really spicy. I've basically become baby level in terms of spiciness.
So there are lots of dishes that I haven't had in a while because of my noob level. But do you know what the beauty of cooking at home is? That's being able to control how much chili powder you add into your chicken curry!
I really enjoyed that. We haven't had chicken curry for the longest time! It would have been even more amazing with some bread, but no, NO CARBS!
