So I thought I could do with one more day of being free from carbs, seeing as I'll be having tons of lunches and dinners throughout the month of December.
And so, butajiru it was.
I know I've posted different similar variations of this dish before, but in case you missed it and wondering what butajiru is, well, it's basically just miso soup with pork belly and you can add whatever vegetables you like into it. For my butajiru today, I put some cabbage, carrots, daikon and you can't leave out them konnyaku balls!
