Thai beef salad.

Lately, planning our lunches have become really challenging. Cooking is the easy part and believe or not, thinking of what to cook has become a chore. 

So, I remembered this really kick ass Thai beef salad my mom used to make for me, back when we were living in London and I sort of had a craving for it.
