Cream corn croquette.

So, we usually buy ready made frozen cream corn croquette from Meidiya, but today, we decided to try and make some from scratch and it turned out pretty good!

The only downside about making it from scratch, is the fact that you have to prepare it the night before so that it can firm up in the fridge overnight, but other than that, it was delicious!
