サバの西京漬け.

Well, I wasn't kidding when I said we've been eating lots of fish. We're basically almost fishetarian. Teehee. 

We usually get our fish from Meidiya. We normally buy unseasoned fish and then add salt or whatever we need to before cooking it, but they also do a small variety of seasoned fish.

For today's lunch, we had saba fish seasoned in sweet Kyoto style miso. 


Twas pretty good if you ask me!
