Hokke and cream cheese miso?!

So, for lunch today, we had our usual fish of the day and today's fish of the day was hokke. I like quite a huge variety of fishes, but I have to say, I like hokke just a tiny bit more than the others. Teehee.

Aside from that, we also had some miso soup, but not just any miso soup. We made some cream cheese miso soup. CREAM CHEESE?! IN MISO SOUP?! YES! Cream cheese miso soup. It is like the best thing ever! I kid you not.

Basically, all you do is add cubes of cream cheese into your miso soup after it is cooked. It's so good, you have no idea what you're missing out on!
