Freshly made udon.
Knowing how much love I have for udon, my mother decided that she wanted to try making some udon from scratch.
And what goes best with udon? Japanese curry!
The verdict?
Honestly, it didn't look that pretty, but taste wise, it was exactly like freshly made udon you get in Japanese and the texture was mochi mochi like how it should be! I absolutely loved it and to be honest, for a first attempt, she definitely aced it!
