 Recently, I have been eating a lot of rice, Japanese rice that is. 


Yes, I am very picky when it comes to rice. I only eat Japanese rice. It's not like I'm a rice connoisseur or anything, I just like it, that's all. Teehee.


Today's dish to accompany my rice was saba fish. It's always good to have your freezer stocked with your favorite ingredients for days like this!



It looks pretty plain, but trust me, it's the best-est!
