 These days, we just go for simple 1 dish meals, with miso soup on the side.


For todays lunch, we had unadon.



Just pop it in the oven for 10 minutes each side and lunch is served. Oh and although we make our own unagi sauce, you can just buy it off the shelf for convenience sake. Teehee.
