Unicorn cream cheese bites.

INGREDIENTS.

225g cream cheese

115g butter

1¼ cup granulated sugar

2 eggs

2½ cup plain flour

2 teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS.

1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees.



2. Beat the cream cheese and butter together on high speed until the mixture is fluffy.



3. Add the sugar into the cream cheese and butter mixture and continue to beat until well incorporated.



4. Add the eggs into the mixture and continue beating until you get a paste like texture.


5. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt.



6. Gradually add the flour into the butter mixture until you get a sticky dough.


7. Separate the dough into 3 small bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.


8. Add 1-3 drops of coloring into each of the bowl and mix well.


9. Using a teaspoon, take a little bit of dough from each of the bowl and roll into a bowl to create a swirly effect.


10. Place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 10 - 12 minutes. Make sure that the cookies do not turn brown.

11. Remove from the tray and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes.
