I was first brought to Miharu by my best friend Yuki, when they were located at Gallery hotel. Yes, that was eons ago.

I remembered how authentic their ramen was and I have been wanting to have it again for the longest time, but I just never went. And I don't know what it is with Singapore and tonkotsu, but pretty much every ramen shop that has opened here in the recent years, all specializes in tonkotsu, whereas Miharu specializes in Hokkaido ramen which I love.

So today, I finally brought my dad to try it.

It sure was as good as I remembered.
