Vinegar pork trotter.
Ever since I've started my journey on fixing my body constitution, I've been trying my best to stick to what I can and cannot eat.
The thing is though, the list is so overwhelming that I can't remember every single thing that I can or cannot eat. The best I can do is focus on what I remember and just stick to that and I think uncle Andrew did mention that vinegar was good for me, so woohoo!
So today, my mum made some vinegar pork trotters. I can drink the soup for days on end, but guess what? I don't really touch the meat. I basically just love vinegar.
A hard boiled egg and soup will do me.
