Crabmeat and sweetcorn soup.

Now, who else remembers ordering this soup as a kid, every time you go to a Chinese restaurant? Actually, I still order it if I see it on the menu. 


Crabmeat + sweetcorn + egg and a whole load of starch, what's there not to love?


Well, I had a homemade version today, thanks to my mum!
