So, we recently ordered some oysters online. 

My mother has been wanting to try and cook some oyster omelet and we basically needed them mini oysters. But you know how it is when you're ordering online, you basically can't tell how big anything is until it arrives. And well, these oysters that we got were fairly huge. 

So what do you do with big oysters that were not planned?
