Regretting life.

What a horrible day with wrong choices made!

We should have never played with AI manga at work, especially not since I'm on the 3rd floor picking by myself everyday!

So the story goes, it was near the end of day for us and I had just about finished picking all the airway bills that I had in hand and was about to bring it up to the 4th floor to be packed. Geraint was doing his stock check and so he was on the 3rd floor with me. He too was done and so we loaded the lift and tried to go up. Unfortunately for us, the doors wouldn't shut. Well, it would close 1/4 of the way, before opening again and it just kept repeating the same thing over and over. I don't know how to put it, but we both felt the chills. 

I'm not sure if you know, but there's this app on tiktok called AI manga, which supposedly allows you to detect ghosts. 

And so, the dumb couple decided to give it a go. 

What a stupid move that was.

So, attached below was actually the second time we tried it. The first time we snapped, it showed the exact same girl facing us, but because we wasn't expecting anything to show up in the filter, we actually shat our pants when a girl showed up and so, we didn't get a chance to take a screenshot. 

How scary is that? Twice in the same position, same setting, same clothes, but the first one was facing us and the second, with the head turned away from us. 

As creeped out as we were, it was less frightening because we had each other. 

My boy even went on and tried taking a selfie. Who knows where that dog came from. :/

We then went back into the lift again to see if it was working, but it obviously wasn't and then we took another photo from inside the lift and this time, it was a portrait of a lady like right up close. We shat ourselves and then ran out of the lift. 

So, we made the necessary phone call to the rescue team and had to wait an hour before they arrived. 

Well, so much for leaving on time today! 

And as if we weren't spooked out enough, we took one last snap of the lift before heading upstairs.

Okay, now observe the photo on the left, you can see the different textures between the ground and the lift landing right?

Now, take a look at this photo we took using AI manga and compare it. It's exactly the same, but right where the textures change, which are also where the lift doors and sensors are, it apparently showed someone standing there. HOW FREAKY IS THAT?

My life sucks. I wish we had never played with the app.
