Basque burnt cheesecake.

So, sometime last month, my mum randomly signs the both of us up for a basque burnt cheesecake class with Redman. 

It turned out to be an almost one to one lesson, as there was only 1 other lady who attended the class with us, which was quite awesome. 

And now, I can proudly say that I can bake up a basque burnt cheesecake. It's super delicious and pretty easy to prepare as well.
