Curry udon.

 Hey guys, it's the weekend! 


Can you guess what's got me all excited?


Well, if you said 'food', then give yourself a round of applause. These days, only food makes me happy. 


I look forward to weekends because it's either curry udon or yaki soba day! Technically, I could eat it everyday if I wanted to, but it's become a weekend special, you know? Just a little something to look forward to.




If you're looking to replicate this, get yourself some sliced beef and round spinach. I don't know why, but somehow, spinach pairs amazingly well with Japanese curry. Oh, and if you can, head down to Meidiya and get some quality frozen udon instead of them preserved ones. Trust me, they make a whole lot of difference.
