Butajiru is one of my favorite dishes.

It's simple, yet delicious and the best part is, it's easy to prepare. 

For today's butajiru, we put pork slices, konnyaku, daikon, carrots and taro balls. 


Aside from Japanese curry rice, this is the other dish that I can eat everyday for the rest of my life without any complaints. 

As reluctant as I was, we had to go to Meidiya to grab a few things, but I guess once every 2 weeks or thereabouts ain't that bad right ?

Well, it's time for some mermaids.

Total cases: 422 ( 5 in the community ).
