明太子バターうどん.

INGREDIENTS. 

1 packet of udon
2 sac of mentaiko
2 tbsp milk
15g butter
1/2 tsp soy sauce

INSTRUCTIONS.

1. In a pot, bring water to a boil. Throw in the udon and cook to the texture of your liking.

2. Whilst waiting for the udon to be cooked, you can prepare the sauce. Get a mixing bowl and cut the sac to remove the mentaiko and then dispose of the sac. Add in the milk and soy sauce and mix. 

3. Drain the udon. 

4. Add the hot udon and butter into the glass bowl and mix well.
