Chili crab 小笼包.

Every year, just before National day, Din tai fung will have their special chili crab xiao long bao on the menu for about a month and you know what ? I completely forgot about it this year. I love xiao long baos, but these are of a different level of love.

Unfortunately, I only had it twice this year.

Note to self: Have more chili crab xiao long bao next year.
