Tonkatsu - breaded, deep fried pork cutlet.

I've never been a fan of tonkatsu to be honest, but I don't mind dining at Saboten, as they do a salmon version, which I find really delicious. I was expecting it to be dry and overcooked, but it turned out to be the complete opposite. You should try it too.

The other thing we like about Saboten, is that they do free flow cabbage and we love our cabbage !
