Baked oats cookie.
INGREDIENTS.
250g peanut butter
160g maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup chocolate chips
2 eggs
½ teaspoon baking powder
INSTRUCTIONS.
1. Preheat the over to 180 degrees.
2. In a mixing bowl, mix together the peanut butter, maple syrup, eggs and vanilla extract.
3. In another mixing bowl, mix the oats and baking powder.
4. Pour in the oats into the wet mixture and add in the chocolate chips and mix until well incorporated.
5. Using 2 tablespoons, scoop a little bit of the mixture and place onto a baking sheet, leaving a 2-3cm spacing.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
