焼きそば.

Yaki soba is definitely one of my favorite dishes. 

It's simple, but extremely tasty and super fast to whip up!

At one point of time, we had it almost every single week, but it does feel like ages since we last had some, so when my mum asked me what I wanted for lunch today, I asked for some yaki soba!

The pork and cabbage combo is love!
