Steak and truffle mash.

Whilst searching for some random condiment in the kitchen cupboard the other day, I came across a bottle of truffle oil that was hiding all the way at the back, which is why we forgot all about it. 

But once I saw that lovely bottle of truffle oil, I knew immediately what I wanted for lunch.

So, steak and truffle mash it was!
