I don't even remember when was the last time we had some japchae. Oh, and for those of you who don't know what japchae is, well it literally translates to mixed vegetables but it's basically Korean stir fried glass noodles. But do you know what I like about it? The main star of the dish is using sweet potato starch noodles.  

So do you know what that means?

Well, basically, it's time to make some!


If you want to make your japchae more colorful, you could actually add in red capsicums as well, but I really dislike capsicums in all colors, so that's why our version doesn't include them. Teehee.
