Japanese curry is and always will be my favorite dish.
You can put any type of meat you want, be it minced, cube or sliced - beef, pork or chicken, bacon and sausages even and it'll still taste amazing.
Traditionally, you would find carrots and potatoes in Japanese curry, but hey, you could add any type of vegetable you like and it would still taste good.
Here's a curry tip for you.
Natto as well as cheese goes really really well with Japanese curry, so if you like either natto or cheese, or both even, you should give it a go!
