豚汁.
Butajiru or tonjiru is one of my all time favorite soup. It is basically just miso soup with heaps of vegetables and pork.
You can change it up each time you prepare this as well, because you can put any kind of vegetable that you feel like having on that day.
For today's butajiru, we were trying to clear our fridge, so we just worked with what we had and that was some cabbage, daikon, pork slices and konnyaku balls.
