納豆うどん.
Natto udon.
Ingredients:
1 packet of udon
1 packet of natto
1 egg
1/2 tsp dashi
2 tbsp tsuyu
Scallions
Nori
Instructions:
1. Prepare 1 soft boiled egg by boiling some water, once the water is boiling, turn off the heat and leave the egg in the pot for 8 minutes.
2. In a pot, bring water to a boil. Throw the udon and cook to the texture of your liking.
3. In another pot, add 150ml of water, 2 tbsp tsuyu and 1/2 tsp dashi.
4. Mix the sauces that come along with the natto.
5. Place udon into a bowl and top it off with the natto, soft boiled egg and garnish with the scallions and nori.
6. Pour the soup base into the bowl.
