Oyster omelette.

My mother has been craving for oyster omelette for the longest time now and we had some oysters in the freezer. 

Can you guess what we had for lunch? 

Honestly, for a first attempt, I thought it was pretty good. It would probably have been even better with some of that chili sauce with a hint of sourness that they usually serve it with.
