After hitting 44kg a week ago, I shat my pants and immediately went and did something about it. Basically, if I can help it, I'm going to stay away from carbs for a while.
Oh and just so you know, I've gone back down to 43kg. Just 1 more kg to go!
So, planning our meals have gotten a little bit more challenging now that we've cut out carbs. For example, I can't say I want curry rice, because how do you have curry without rice? After much thought, I decided that I wanted butajiru.
It looks pretty monochromatic because the carrots that were in the fridge was too old and I couldn't be bothered to get some. But hey, despite the dullness in color, it was pretty good!
