Chong ching grilled fish.
Ever since all this grilled fish madness arrived here in Singapore, I've been wanting to try it, but I just never got round to it, seeing as I can't handle spiciness. Afterall, all that chili oil looks frighteningly red, enough to put me off.
But, thanks to Uncle Joey, I got to try some today, so a hugeeeeeeeeeeeeee thank you to Uncle Joey!
And although I was sitting at my dining table eating and what felt like I was taking a shower at the same time, along with the fact that my stomach was burning, I just couldn't get enough of it. It was just that good!
