Honey chashu.

Chinese bbq pork, can't say I'm a big fan. But if you were to add the word honey to that, now that I do like! 

I've tried a few so far, but the best one has got to be from Full of luck. I haven't found another that even comes close. 

Well, we tried to make some today. It was nothing like how they do it, but it wasn't too bad to be honest. Could probably do with more maltose and sauce, but otherwise, I did enjoy it!
