Tina Griffin's prawn noodles.

 I would have never guessed that this was my mother's first attempt at prawn noodles. 

In fact, if I didn't see her cooking with my own eyes, I would have thought that she bought this bowl of noodles from some famous prawn noodles stall. 

Like seriously, that whole bowl of broth was just filled with umami.
