明太子うどん.

I don't know what it is with me and udon, but I just can't seem to get enough of it. In fact, I could eat it everyday for the rest of my life and I'd be contented. 


The other thing that I really love is mentaiko. 


Put these 2 together and you get a taste of heaven with every mouth full. 



This is one of the easiest meals to prepare as well.
