I think it's safe to say that Saboten has been added to the list of our favorite restaurants. Our being mine and my dad. And so, my poor mum has to suffer and eat all that fried tonkatsu as well.

The only thing I really like from Saboten though, is there salmon katsu. If there's one thing I hate about salmon, it's having really dried salmon. I dislike pan-fried and grilled salmon. It just ends up being really dry. This salmon katsu however, stays moist despite being deep fried.

Or you can just be like my mum and order the mix katsu set.
