Minced pork noodles.
The standard two types of noodles for bak chor mee would be either the mee kia ( the really thin wanton noodles look a like ), or the mee pok ( the thicker flat noodles ) which I prefer.
But, do you know what's even more amazing than mee pok ?
It has to be the mee sua.
The way it absorbs that mouth watering vinegar, accompanied by the spicy chili paste. Oh em gee, it sure is heavenly.
