Oreo cream-cheese cookies.
INGREDIENTS.
115g cream cheese
113g butter
¾ cup castor sugar
1 cup plain flour
10 crush oreos
INSTRUCTIONS.
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. In a mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese, butter and sugar.
3. Add in the flour into the cream cheese mixture and mix until fully combined.
4. Add in the crushed oreos into the mixture and gently mix it until the cookies are evenly spread.
5. Cover the mixing bowl with a cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
6. Roll the cream cheese dough into mini balls.
7. Using a tablespoon, flatten the cream cheese dough.
8. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
9. Place the cookies onto a cooling rack for at least 5 minutes.
