Castella cake.

So I've been wanting to try Castella cake for the longest time now. We were supposed to get some when we went to Taiwan back in April, but yes, we didn't and I finally got to try some today.

I wanted the original, but they had sold out on original, so I settled for the cheese instead.

So, it was pretty good. I reckon it would taste even better if I had it on the spot. Definitely wouldn't mind having it again.
