Ondeh ondeh.
I made ondeh ondeh from scratch today and it turned out quite alright.
They would have turned out perfect, if not for my grandma as she needed the stove. She was rushing to cook dinner for me and halfway through kneading the dough, she decided to add more water and ended up adding way too much that it became too sticky. I did add more flour into the mixture but that didn't seem to help but I carried on anyway.
I was really struggling to mould them into round balls as they kept sticking to my hands and even when I successfully made them round, they got stuck to the plate.
But hey, after boiling them, they didn't turn out too badly.
