Cold crabs.

Ever since my first cold crab experience, I’ve turned into a Teochew cold crab lover. With no sauce or dressing to hide the sweetness of the crab, what’s there not to like? 

I still love a good chili crab and mantou combo, but this is definitely the bomb.
