Mee hoon kueh.
I've always loved doughy, chewy textures. This would probably explain why I love handmade noodles so much, especially if they're extra thick, but then again, these days, they're all rolled through machines to have the same thickness, or should I say thinness? Well, every piece is super thin and identical in shape.
Well, today my mother made some mee hoon kueh and boy was it good!
