To cheese, with love.
I must say, after whipping up countless bowls of cheesy Nongshim ramyeon, I have become an expert. With each bowl I prepare, it just gets better and better.
Well, aside from the already given seasoning, I add some sesame oil and pepper for extra flavor. Also, in the beginning, I only added those 2 slices of kraft singles cheese on the top of the noodles, but now, layer by layer as I'm lining the bowl with noodles, I add grated mozerella and cheddar in between and now it's just this awesome bowl of cheesy ramyeon. Apart from loving my cheeses, it really does help curb the spiciness as well.
