 If I had to pick a type of noodle as my favorite, I think it would have to be udon. 

It goes well with pretty much any style of cooking from stir fry, broth, pasta or even salads, there are tons of recipes for udon. 

And you know what goes really well with udon ? Well, I think Japanese curry is the killer.

Or maybe I'm just biased because I like udon. Teehee.
