Catching up.

February 07, 2020

I met these 2 awesome people through World of warcraft 4 years ago, and ever since then, we've been friends.

Back then, we used to be in the same guild, playing together everyday and then one fine day, we had a guildies outing and then boom, we became real life friends too !

So, we used to gather for dinner once every few months, but I don't even remember when our last dinner was. Basically, we haven't seen each other in like forever and so, we finally had a catch up sesh today.

We had dinner at Yayoiken at Liang court. I usually have the sukiyaki set whenever I visit Yayoiken, but I decided to just have a saba shio today.

Pretty good choice if you ask me.

We stayed at chatted for quite a while until some Uncle came into the restaurant and started coughing, without covering his mouth, never mind that. He then went on the spit onto a piece of tissue paper and then left it on the table. Now, with this corona virus going on, we decided that it was too much for us to handle and we decided to move on. Sylvia then took us to Tiong bahru to have ice cream. We thought that it wouldn't be that crowded seeing as everyone would be frightened of the virus, but we thought wrong. It was packed and we were lucky to even have gotten ourselves a table.

I love these 2 human beings !

We can talk about anything and everything and even though we haven't seen each other for ages, we just don't seem to have any awkward moments.

Oh, whilst we were having ice cream, both their phones kept going off. Apparently right, the whole of Singapore, well, should I say a lot of Singaporeans are panicking right now as MOH have just announced that Singapore is now at Dorscon orange. Photos of empty shelves and snaking queues were being trended all over social media. But can someone explain to me why toilet paper ? I can understand hoarding instant noodles and rice, but toilet paper ?

Sighface.

CALM YOUR TITS GUYS.

Come on guys, we can do better. Buy only what you need. :/
