Saboten.

I am not a huge fan of fried foods, but once in a while, and I really do mean once in a while, I have these random cravings for fried foods.

And today was one of them.

I love my pork, but tonkastu are not in list of favorites. If you are like me, fret not, Saboten do the meanest salmon katsu and it is to die for.
