One of my favorite dish since I was a child, is omu-rice. And I have always wanted to cook it, but I never got round to doing it.

Well, I finally decided that I should try cooking it !

It ain't easy, that much I can tell you. 

-Frying of the rice was a piece of cake. 
-Preparation of the egg was a breeze.
-Getting the right temperature, the right timing and frying of the egg was a bitch.
-I just wanted to cry when trying to flip the rice wrapped with the omelette onto a plate.
-And finally, the molding of the omu rice - now that was easy-peasy.
